The Championship Gaming Series was an international electronic sports league based in the United States of America, though it had expanded to every continent except Antarctica for Season Two before being abruptly discontinued. The league was founded in 2007 and is owned and operated by DirecTV in association with British Sky Broadcasting and STAR TV.
